Like so many others, I live in a large city without quick and easy access to local trout streams. The time required driving the distance to the blue ribbon Bow River or any of our amazing Eastern Slope Alberta fisheries is just not a reality for a fishing junkie like me.

I fish as much as possible, and when in my float tube, until my legs cant kick another lap. So I have developed what I call “ The Circuit", a collection of lakes within one to two hours of my home. Most cities across Canada and the United States will have a collection similar to the ones I fish.
